I’m this same way. For some women, penetration just doesn’t make them orgasm. I can’t orgasm through penetration alone. Although I have to say penetration and clitoral stimulation provides the best and longest orgasms for me. You could try stimulating your g-spot, that’s the only thing I could say. He can try fingering you, sometimes the fingers can find parts of the vagina that are sensitive that a penis might not be able to. Experiment. I’ve never orgasmed without clitoral stimulation, fyi.
