You’re on the pill. The whole point of “the pill” is to prevent pregnancies from occurring. You have something like a 1-3% chance of being pregnant if used correctly.

I'm pretty shy and normally during sex my boyfriend is pretty controlling but he every so often he likes me to be more dominant. Just be honest. It takes a very open minded person to be willing to do that. Honestly, I wouldn’t be able to look at my boyfriend the same way afterwards, so I wouldn’t be able to do it either. Tell him it makes you nervous, but maybe one day in the distant future you’ll be willing to try it. In the mean time, find other compromises. A strap on is pretty out there, so maybe you can start with some simple anal play. Being open to trying new things with a partner does NOT mean bending to do things you don’t also enjoy.
